Carbonara Buldak Ramen Bake (Printable)

# What You Need:

→ Noodles & Sauce

01 - 2 packs Buldak instant ramen, noodles and sauce packets separated
02 - 240 ml heavy cream
03 - 3 large egg yolks
04 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 60 ml whole milk
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Meats

07 - 120 g (4 oz) pancetta or bacon, diced

→ Garnishes & Extras

08 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
09 - 120 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
11 - Optional: toasted sesame seeds

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8-inch (20 cm) baking dish.
02 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for two minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced pancetta or bacon until golden and crisp. Add butter, stir to melt, then remove from heat.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, grated Parmesan, whole milk, and buldak sauce packets, adjusting spice level as desired.
05 - Add cooked noodles and pancetta mixture into the bowl with the sauce, tossing well to coat all noodles evenly.
06 - Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly on top.
07 - Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes until cheese is bubbling and lightly golden.
08 - Garnish with thinly sliced green onions, freshly ground black pepper, and optional toasted sesame seeds before serving.
