# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under ten minutes, which means you can impress people without actually spending time in a hot kitchen.
  • The combination of tart, sweet, cold, and bubbly creates a flavor experience that tastes far more complicated than it actually is.
  • It's the kind of dessert that feels special enough for guests but casual enough for a Tuesday night.
02 -
  • If you let this sit even for five minutes, the sorbet starts melting and you lose that essential frozen bite—timing is everything with this one.
  • Chilling your glasses makes an enormous difference; it sounds like an extra step but it genuinely extends how long the float stays perfect.
03 -
  • The difference between a mediocre float and a memorable one is often just the temperature of your glassware and ingredients—don't skip the freezer step.
  • If your Limoncello isn't already chilled, keep it in the freezer rather than just the refrigerator; the extra cold makes a genuine difference in how the flavors balance.
