One-Pan Ham Swiss Frittata (Printable)

03 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a 10–12 inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add diced ham and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes; cook for 1 minute until spinach is wilted.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme. Incorporate half of the shredded Swiss cheese into the mixture.
05 - Pour egg mixture evenly over the sautéed ham and vegetables. Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
06 - Cook on the stovetop for 2–3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
07 - Transfer skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and fully set in the center.
08 - Remove from oven and let rest for several minutes. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
