# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly until all florets are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
03 - Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer across the prepared baking sheet, ensuring pieces are not overcrowded to promote proper caramelization.
04 - Roast for 25 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through cooking time. The cauliflower is done when golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
